\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tPlacement of order by the \u2018User\u2019 with Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan on the Platform is an offer to buy the product(s) and it shall not be construed as Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan acceptance of product(s) ordered. Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan Ltd retains the right to cancel any such order placed by the User, at its sole discretion and User shall be intimated of the same by way of an email\/SMS\/phone. Any transaction price paid by User in case of such cancellation by Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan shall be refunded to the User. Further, Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan may cancel an order wherein the quantities are extremely low and it is economically\/logistically feasible to be shipped. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for different products. What comprises a typical individual\u2019s consumption quantity limit shall be based on various factors and at the sole discretion of the Jyoti Gramodhyog Sansthan.
